How do subscriptions work? Undivided Plus is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings, then your Apple ID, then Subscriptions.
Does Plus work for my family? The Family plan does. It costs double the standard plan, $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year, and one subscription covers up to five other people in your iCloud Family group. Each person signs in with their own Apple ID, gets Plus in their own copy of the app, and keeps their own drives, credits, and Collection. The standard plan is for one person and is not shared.
How do I restore a purchase? In the app open Settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I delete my account and data? In the app open Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. This erases your server backup. Deleting the app removes all local data.
Why did a drive not get detected? Automatic detection needs location permission set to Always, plus Motion & Fitness access, so the app can wake in the background and confirm the trip. Auto-detected trips under about a mile are not recorded. You can always start a drive manually from the Drive tab.
Why did a drive not earn a credit? A drive earns a credit when the phone stayed locked and Undivided stayed closed while the car was moving. Answering a call never counts against it, and a brief handling that ends in a lock is forgiven. Over that, the drive still saves with its clean miles, it just does not earn a credit. Nothing is ever taken away.
Does Undivided block anything while I drive? No. On the road it enforces nothing. The quiet screen covers Undivided itself while the car is moving; calls, Maps, other apps, and emergency services are all untouched and always available.
