Common questions

How do subscriptions work? FocusVault Premium is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings, then your Apple ID, then Subscriptions.

How do I restore a purchase? In the app open Settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.

How do I delete my account and data? In the app open Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. This erases your server backup. Deleting the app removes all local data.

Why did a drive not get detected? Automatic detection needs location permission set to Always and works best with the phone mounted. You can always start a drive manually from the Drive tab.
